Pre-Hab, Recovery and Decrease Soreness

If you have any type of soreness or tightness within your joints or muscles, this is perfect for you.

Especially if you need work on your IT band, piriformis, hip flexors/quadriceps, hamstrings, gastrocnemius, soleus, achilles, Lower back, hips, neck, shoulders, knees and calves to prevent injuries, soreness and possible surgery.

Every session will be different and specifically based on your needs.

We will do stretching, PNF stretching, assisted stretching, manual manipulation, massage, use of a roller, the massage gun, the Power Plate and strengthen the weaknesses where your pain and tightness is specifically located.

We will concentrate on the muscles that are sore, that stabilize your joints and the major muscles that help move them.

The result of doing these exercises and stretches will help you increase range of motion and trunk rotation. Help with you with your sport - your baseball swing and throw, with your golf swing, with pivoting on the basketball court and football field, etc.
